Thanks for getting me in the note car until your friend straightened out my credit. Those Credit guys are bad to tha bone. It only took them 40 days. They said I can buy a better car now and the payments would be lower now that I have good credit... I can get a lower interest rate. They also said you could get me approved through the bank instead of in house financing. Let me know something. Let me know if I can trade in the Note Car, and get a real loan that reports.

Assistance through this application-based program is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. After enough applications have been received to exhaust the available funds, the replacement portion will be closed, and replacement applications will no longer be accepted until further notice.
Repair a Vehicle
Has your car or truck failed an emission test?
If your vehicle has failed the emissions portion of the inspection within the past 30 days, and it is registered in one of the following counties (Brazoria, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, or Montgomery), you may be eligible for a repair voucher up to $600 toward emissions repair assistance. Replace a Vehicle
Is your car or truck 10 years old or older? Or has it failed an emissions test?
For a limited time, if your vehicle meets certain requirements, you may be eligible for a replacement voucher up to $3,500 toward a qualifying replacement vehicle. Please use the links to the right of this page for the income guidelines and Replacement Requirements that apply for assistance. Getting A Voucher
How to get started
Applications may be downloaded for repair assistance or replacement assistance in English, Spanish or Vietnamese. The application must be printed, signed, and submitted to our office for verification. Fax or mail your completed application and include proof of income for all adults in household along with the failed Vehicle Inspection Report. Our mailing address and fax number are listed on the application.
Currently, it takes us 5 to 7 business days to process an application once we receive it.
If you are eligible, we’ll send your voucher to your mailing address with instructions on how to use it along with a list of participating repair facilities or participating automobile dealers. If you are not eligible, we’ll send you a letter describing why you are unable to receive a voucher.
